SBS Team Library

After a two-year, uh, sabbatical, I'm setting up the team library up again in such a way that I am not the only person who can modify it. We have 10 MB of data to work with, so I'll start the framework for it, and see what we can do.

These files are intended for use with the Strategic Baseball Simulator by D.B. Schmidt. You can download a copy of that program at his site.
